Camera’s I Would Buy
If I had all the money in the world.
1. The Mini Diana. A palm size Diana F, what’s not to love? Throw in the fact that you can switch between sqaure format and half size shots (which gives you 72 shots per film!) and it’s a pure winner for me.
On the face of it, this camera looks quite gimmicky, but actually I think it could be pretty sweet. Shaped like a film roll, it claims to give the classic 35mm shots, without the hassle and cost of buying and developing film.
I’ve long been a Fuji kid, and after watching some of my flickr contacts having fun with underwater cameras, I feel the need to get in on the action. Enter the Z33WP. Not exactly an imaginative title, but it more than makes up for it in looks and style. The camera can go as far as 30m underwater for up to 2 hrs and comes in such a sexy array of colours, if I could I’d buy one for every outfit.
This is an odd one. It’s so beautiful to look at, and the functions and shooting modes are a little quirky, which appeals. It’s not an SLR (which I already own) but nor is it a point and shoot.
Of course, I don’t need any of these cameras (especially since I actually already own five cameras. Oops). But when did need ever come into lust?
